Keynoters Embrace Transformation of Learning, Technology & Leadership

“ELCE (formerly Elearning! Summit) continues to lead the enterprise learning industry by presenting speakers who are not only talking about, but transforming learning and education. "

Enterprise Learning! Expo and Conference (ELCE), the exclusive learning and workplace technology event, announced its Keynote Speakers Salman Khan, Michael Winston and Josh Bersin. The event takes place September 27-29, 2011 at the Anaheim Hilton in Anaheim, CA.

“ELCE (formerly Elearning! Summit) continues to lead the enterprise learning industry by presenting speakers who are not only talking about, but transforming learning and education. We are pleased to present these speakers who are change agents; re-inventing learning and the workplace,” reports Catherine Upton, Group Publisher, Elearning! Media Group

Re-inventing Learning
ELCE kicks off with Salman Khan, founder of the Khan Academy, speaking on “Re-Inventing Our Education Future.” What started as a way of tutoring his cousins from a distance has turned into a world-changing project that is upending the way that people learn—and the way we currently think about education. With over 100,000 people viewing his lessons each day, Harvard Business Review recently stated that Khan’s innovative approach to teaching will “successfully educate more people in math and science over the next decade than Harvard has over its entire history.”

Both the Gates Foundation and Google are backers of this new ‘democratization of education.” Hear what the future model of learning delivery may be, how learners may respond, and the impact on your enterprises.

Empowering Learning Culture
Josh Bersin, CEO of Bersin & Associates discussing “Learning Culture: Best Practices for Creating an Empowered Enterprise.” We are all familiar with the unique cultures of, Google and other innovative and high performing organizations. But, can learning culture really be changed? After much research, Bersin shares where to start, how to approach business leaders and the greatest impact. These best practices are not “touch”, but business strategies with measurable impact.

Failure at the Top
For 20+ years Michael Winston led effective transformation and global expansion strategies for Lockheed, McDonald Douglas and Motorola. He saw great leaders who created great cultures and how they were born. But, what happens when leadership fails? Mr. Winston will tackle this very controversial subject. As former Chief Leadership Officer from Countrywide (now Bank of America), Michael Winston, talks about “Failure at the Top.”
