Signature Capture lets BlueFolder customers sign a Billing Summary electronically. The customer signature is easily captured with any touch screen device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart phone. BlueFolder’s Signature Capture saves the signature as a file, along with a copy of the document the customer signed. The document and signature image are saved into the BlueFolder account for safekeeping and are available for viewing, emailing, or printing at any time. BlueFolder automatically date and time stamps the signature.
