Firstmark Credit Union was recognized at the Professional Teleservice Management Association (PTMA) Excellence Awards’ luncheon, presented on Wednesday, May 18, 2011. FMCU was the recipient of two awards, “Best Contact Center of the Year” in the Under 75 Seats category and as “Best Contact Center Leader” going to Linda Sue Rodriguez, AVP Member Contact Center.

With 21 years of call center experience, Ms. Rodriguez has been with Firstmark Credit Union since 2002. “The goal for our Member Contact Center is to not only be the voice of the Credit Union, but a source of information, education and even advocacy for our members.”
