Meeting Toolbar Features
The Meeting Toolbar has a number of features in addition to making the scheduling process easier for people. When you start a meeting from your PC you can control the volume, mute participants and record the conference call. You can also have the system dial out to you to connect to the meeting and share your PC with other participants during the meeting. In addition, you have easy access to your online account where you can control a number of other options for your conference call as well.
