"The addition of our training facility will enable us to reach more clients and provide a level of educational services that will enhance their productivity levels.”

Rabbit Healthcare Systems, a leader in medical technology specializing in electronic health records primarily for the Oncology community, announced today their expansion. A 70% increase in their facility space will include a training area where they will provide a plethora of technology training in real time and archived training, and practice resources for current and future clients. This increase will also house an expected 40% increase in their workforce.

Other changes that have occurred in the business include the increase in revenues that have doubled for the last three years. This growth has all been 100% organic and achieved without any acquisitions or mergers. Also, Rabbit’s outstanding debt has been reduced by approximately 48% and restructured to meet their growing needs. With Brad Vassberg now being the major majority owner of the organization, Rabbit is positioned to continue their leadership position in the medical software industry.

According to Mr. Vassberg, “Our mission to provide secure and seamless access to healthcare information has become a reality. We believe we are well positioned to provide exceptional levels of personalized service customized to our client needs. The addition of our training facility will enable us to reach more clients and provide a level of educational services that will enhance their productivity levels.”

About Rabbit Healthcare Systems
Rabbit Healthcare Systems is a medical technology company, founded in 2004, with oncology-specific Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Practice Management (PM) system offerings. Both EHR and PM were developed from the ground up in direct partnership with practicing oncology groups. This partnership and direct user input (physician, administrator, RN, billing, scheduling…) guiding development has produced 100% oncology-focused systems with a superior level of intuitiveness and full scale functionality.

Rabbit Healthcare Systems EHR 5.0 is 2011/2012 compliant and certified as a Complete EHR on December 23, 2010 by The Drummond Group, an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable eligible provider certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). The 2011/2012 criteria supports the Stage 1 Meaningful Use measures required to quality eligible providers for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

Certification is another milestone for Rabbit and we are proud to be amongst the first oncology-specific EHR vendors to provide our practices with Meaningful Use, Certified technology as of January 1, 2011. In today’s dynamic environment, providing solutions that help physicians adapt, grow and participate in government programs is key for medical practice success.
