Dr. Joel Frazier, with Oklahoma’s Orthopedic Institute, has been honored with the 2010 “Compassionate Doctor Recognition”. Of the nation’s 720,000 active physicians only 3% were accorded this honor by their patients in 2010. Dr. Frazier was also previously honored by his patients for his work in 2009. The physician rating service is a website where patients rate various components of the care they receive from their physicians. Dr. Seradge, founder of the Orthopedic Institute states “The Orthopedic Institute is proud to have a surgeon of Dr. Frazier’s caliber. He is an excellent physician who cares deeply for his patients.”

The Orthopedic Institute was founded 31 years ago by Houshang Seradge, M.D. - an orthopedic and hand surgeon. Patients will find a full spectrum of orthopedic care, with the doctors, the diagnostic facilities, rehabilitation, out- patient surgery and an in-patient hospital all in one building. This makes it very convenient for patients to receive care quickly and efficiently. The physicians at the Orthopedic Institute provide general orthopedics, hand surgery, foot & ankle surgery, shoulder surgery, spine surgery, arthritis care, joint replacement, neurology, and pain management.
