This is just one more way PetNet World can help pets. By providing information and promoting pet rescue efforts, we can improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other pets worldwide

Pet owners now have even more resources on petnetworld.com, a social pet network designed to make pet tips and information more easily accessible. PetNet World is announcing new features to their social pet network as well as an upcoming television appearance.
“New additions to PetNetWorld include a newsletter page this month featuring, ‘How Pets Keep Us Healthy’ and also a refer a friend section. For each person you refer you get one entry into the monthly drawing of gifts for your pet,” states Lola VanDeWalle with PetNet World.
A monthly newsletter, providing pet information and pet tips is now available. This month’s newsletter, “How Pets Can Help Us Stay Healthy,” discusses how dogs and cats are used for therapy, education, and more.
“This is just one more way PetNet World can help pets. By providing information and promoting pet rescue efforts, we can improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other pets worldwide,” reiterates VanDeWalle.
The newsletter is updated once a month with new topics that will provide pet information to the public. It is not member only accessible, but rather available to the public. It can be accessed by going to petnetworld.com and clicking on the Newsletter button in the top, right hand corner.
The other update is the "Refer a Friend" feature on the homepage of petnetworld.com. Registered users who know of anyone interested can enter the name, their email, and their friend’s email and encourage them to register. Whether it’s in regard to pet rescue efforts or even just a way to gather pet tips, PetNet World can be shared among friends and acquaintances.
“PetNetWorld is a great social network to discuss our pets, meet and correspond with people, find out information, and create local groups to find homes for pets in need,” continues VanDeWalle. Why not share it with others?”
VanDeWalle will discuss PetNet World this Friday, May 27, 2011 on KWQC-TV6’s Paula Sands Live morning broadcasted to Davenport, Iowa viewing area. She will discuss how viewers can promote pet rescue efforts in their community by registering with PetNet World. The Paula Sands Live show airs Monday through Friday from 4:30-5:00 am.
