Builder Magazine, Caviness and Cates Communities of Fayetteville, NC, has been ranked 53rd among the Top 100 Home builders in the United States for 2010

For the third year in a row, Builder Magazine has named Caviness and Cates Communities one of the 2010 Top 100 Homebuilders in the United States. Builder Magazine, the information source for the home building industry, has been generating their “Top 100 Builder” list in the United States for the past 28 years.

Caviness and Cates, a homebuilder based in Fayetteville NC, has steadily risen in the Builder Magazine rankings in recent years. In 2008 and 2009, Caviness and Cates received this “Top 100 Builder” honor, ranking at numbers 89 and 68, respectively. For 2010, they have risen to 53rd in the Nation among homebuilders.

Owner Chris Cates stated, “In a market that has seen declining sales over the past several years, we have managed to achieve success through the tireless effort of our amazing team. We’re able to offer our buyers homes with tremendous value, quality and EnergyPlus amenities.

In addition to being a nationally recognized homebuilder, Caviness and Cates is committed to supporting their military families and their communities. In 2011 Caviness and Cates made a $30,000 donation to the Intrepid Fallen Hero Fund through their Homefront Project. This donation was made possible through revenue generated from 2010 home sales. In addition to charitable giving, Caviness and Cates understands the importance of supporting the North Carolina economy and the impact they, as homebuilders, have.

Caviness and Cates serves the following areas in North Carolina: Fayetteville, Beaufort, Clayton, New Bern, Greenville and Jacksonville.
