The website encourages sign-up for an RM program, which offers a Personalized Doctor Discussion Guide and series of emails tailored based on an enrollee’s disease and treatment status. As of December 2011, The Compass program has over 17,000 patients and caregivers.
An Honorable Mention Hermes Creative Award was also given to GISTtheFactsInfo.com for Integrated Marketing and Disease Education. GISTtheFactsInfo.com is an unbranded disease education website that aims to help patients navigate their disease management journey, with a strong emphasis around the importance of partnering with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to help manage their condition.

The 2011 Hermes Creative Awards competition netted more than 4,400 entries from throughout the Unites States, Canada and several other countries. Entries came from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers. Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, an international organization that consists of several thousand marketing, advertising, public relations, media production and freelance professionals.
The Summit International Awards (SIA) organization was founded in 1994. The organization conducts the Summit Creative Award, the Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award and the Summit Emerging Media Award. The 2009 competition is the 15th year for the creative competition.
