iProspect, a leading global digital performance agency, announced today that it has promoted Ray White to Chief Performance Officer. The C-level promotion underscores the agency’s continued commitment to technology, innovation, and client results.

A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in marketing, technology, and business planning, White was most recently Executive Vice President of Innovation and Technology at iProspect. In this role he was instrumental in implementing innovative technology, product, and process solutions that improved employee efficiencies and client service delivery. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Range Online Media, the Dallas-Fort Worth digital agency acquired by iProspect in 2008. At Range, White focused on managing the implementation of strategic plans, and was responsible for developing their proprietary technologies. Before joining Range, White provided marketing and strategic leadership for a number of organizations including Media3Net, Match.com, Clearwire Technologies, SuperPages.com, and Verizon Communications.

In his new role as Chief Performance Officer, White will oversee the Performance team, a group dedicated to developing business performance tools and processes that affect improvements and innovations for the agency. The group will be focused on developing new ideas into technology driven services and businesses, creating new opportunities for clients and employees by developing innovative technology driven services, and managing existing technology based services. Overall, White’s team will enable iProspect to continue to build an industry-leading organization that achieves technology leadership and out-innovates the competition. It will also allow iProspect to grow and develop their employees’ careers while continuing to drive results for its clients.

“Ray and his team will have an effect on each and every employee’s day-to-day productivity, and in turn, on the level of service we are able to deliver to our clients,” said Robert Murray, Global CEO, iProspect. “That makes the role of Chief Performance Officer absolutely critical.” Murray went on to explain, “Ray is ideally suited for the role of Chief Performance Officer. He has an impressive track record, and has made significant contributions to Range Online Media and iProspect. I fully expect that he will excel in this role. His efforts will allow iProspect to further our legacy of technology and innovation so we can continue to provide our clients with a superior level of service and outstanding results.”
