Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) May 31, 2011
Dane-County Wisconsin’s State Bank of Cross Plains has announced the three winning charities of their Charity Champion Contest. Grand prize Charity Champion winner, Brianna Kuelz, was awarded an iPad 2 for herself and $1,000 for the charity she supported, Common Threads Family Resource Center. The second place Charity Champion winner was Brian Lee, giving the $750 prize to the Rainbird Foundation. The third and final Charity Champion, Don Curtis, choose the OccuPaws Guide Dog Association to receive the $500 prize. The Charity Champion contest required individuals to post a picture and description of the Dane-County organization they felt was most deserving.
Once the promising Charity Champions posted their charity nominations using the integrated WizeHive submission form, a public voting portal allowed voters to cast a specific number of votes per day. With WizeHive’s Online Photo Contest Software, entries were able to be sorted in order of the most votes from highest to lowest. WizeHive’s Contest Software also provided social media integration, allowing entrants and voters to share their activity easily on Facebook and Twitter.
The contest successfully attracted more than 110,000 votes from around the country.
WizeHive offers a cloud-based platform that automates an organization’s forms, workflows and business processes. Tools include Online Contest Software, Scholarship Management Software and Grant Management Software.
