Liberty Healthcare Management for Clinical Excellence
Liberty Healthcare Management (Liberty) was in search of a solution that would help the organization manage multiple business processes, from human resources to scheduling to payroll. As a result, Liberty implemented Lawson Workforce Management. As a result, Liberty has already seen a measurable reduction in overtime expenses.
Albert Einstein Healthcare Network for Operational Excellence
The Albert Einstein Healthcare Network (Einstein) needed to find a business software system to help streamline administrative functions, improve employee compliance, help enhance efficiencies throughout the organization and support sustainable cost reductions.
Einstein implemented the core Lawson products, including the Lawson Human Resource Management suite to achieve these objectives. Einstein is now seeing measurable gains on these initiatives.
New Hanover Regional Medical Center for Financial Excellence
New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) implemented the full suite of Lawson Financial applications, NHRMC has since streamlined several financial processes, including vendor payments, invoice imaging and workflow, payroll vouchers and W2s. As an example, the organization has reduced manual invoice processing by 75 percent.
Bon Secours Health Systems Inc. for Integration Excellence
Bon Secours Health Systems Inc. (BSHSI) needed a solution that would help unify disparate financial, procurement, human resources, benefits and payroll process while helping reduce costs through process improvement. The organization implemented the core Lawson solutions and Lawson Cloverleaf Integration Suite. These Lawson solutions helped consolidate, centralize and standardize several BSHSI processes and systems. Now, Lawson is the primary source of record for these key areas.
Indiana University Health for Growth & Expansion Excellence
Indiana University Health (IU Health) needed a system to help bring transparency, accountability, efficiency, and cost savings to its supply chain operations. This was part of the organization’s drive to become the first healthcare network to fully embrace Accountable Care. As a result, IU implemented Lawson Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM) and other Lawson applications, which helped deliver improvements including a 50 percent increase in productivity and projected reductions in labor costs of $400,000 over five years.
