Binder, who most recently served as senior vice president, Mile High Region at Comcast, is a seasoned business leader and an active member of the Denver community.
The FCCServices board of directors, with the support of retiring FCCServices president and chief executive officer Roger Shaffer, conducted an extensive recruiting and selection process before selecting Binder.

Binder currently serves as chairman of the board of trustees of Mile High United Way and also sits on the board of directors of the Denver Public Schools Foundation. He recently served on the board of directors of the Metro Denver Sports Commission and Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
“Scott’s business acumen will be an asset to FCCServices and will help the company emerge as an even stronger presence in the Denver community,” said Kelly Brough, president and CEO of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. “Under Scott’s leadership, FCCServices will be well-positioned to bring additional benefit to residents and businesses of Colorado communities and beyond.”
“We are so excited to have Scott continue his career in Colorado with FCC Services as their new CEO,” said Christine Benero, president and CEO of Mile High United Way. “He has been a tireless business leader and advocate for Mile High United Way and other community-based organizations focused on investing in children and youth to create opportunities for them to thrive and succeed.”
