MediaMind Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: MDMD), the leading independent provider of integrated digital advertising solutions, today announced the promotions of Oded Lida as VP of Emerging Markets; Ross McNab, Director of Sales and Business Development in the US - East; Jake Engwerda, Director of Sales, US - Southwest; and Hitesh Bhatt, Director of Sales, UK.

In his new role, Oded Lida will grow market opportunities and presence in Asia Pacific and Latin America to enhance global services for major clients. Lida first joined MediaMind in 2003 and served as Country Manager for Spain and Portugal and was responsible for building business and relations in all the Spanish and Portuguese markets. In 2008, Lida was promoted as Regional Director for LATAM and Iberia and oversaw operations in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
Ross McNab will continue to grow MediaMind’s global agency group relationships, expand MediaMind’s Smart Trading platform as well as take on new responsibilities by leading the US sales team in the East. Based in the New York office, McNab recently oversaw the establishment and launch of MediaMind’s demand side platform solution, Smart Trading. McNab first joined MediaMind in 2006 as Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand. Between 2008 and 2009, McNab served as Sales Director for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
Jake Engwerda will enhance customer relationships and promote the MediaMind v2.0 platform in the Southern US region. Engwerda first joined MediaMind as a Sales Manager in early 2010 where he quickly became the top NA sales person and was instrumental in securing key partnerships with global agencies. Engwerda has nine years of media marketing experience. Prior to MediaMind, Engwerda worked as a Communication Strategist on the P&G business at Carat NY.
Hitesh Bhatt will manage the UK sales and client services teams. Bhatt joined MediaMind after having spent three years prior at UK start-ups in the social and video space, including GoViral and Coull. Prior to that, Bhatt headed the agency sales team at Microsoft/MSN. Previous publisher roles include senior sales positions at Yahoo!, MTV and EMAP.
