The Fast Eddy’s by Cookshack FEC120 smoker is a 100% wood-burning, pellet-fired smoker with a Cookshack IQ4 electronic control system. It is NSF and USDA Approved, as well as Warnock Hersey and ETL Listed Commercial Cooking Equipment.
The FEC120 offers low maintenance, quick start-up, and precise temperature control. The FEC120 uses 100% wood pellets for consistent heat and great smoke flavor. Constructed with double-walled 100% stainless steel surrounding 850ºF Spin-Glas Board ® insulation makes this smoker built to last. With five 23”x17” nickel plates shelves, smoke cook 150 lbs. pork butt, 120 lbs. brisket, 90 lbs. ribs, or 30 chickens per load.
The FEC120 was debuted in Chicago, Illinois at the 2011 National Restaurant Hotel & Motel Show on May 21st, 2011. It will enter production in early June, for shipping in July.
