Information and resources for Baby Boomers who are "senior citizens" in age only!

There's a new group in Orange County for Baby Boomers.

OC Active Seniors, LLC (OCAS) provides information and resources for Orange County Seniors who are still living life to the fullest and are classified as “Seniors” or “Senior Citizens” by age only.

OCAS was created by Judy Papio Mastracchio, a native New Yorker and Southern California transplant. As Judy says, “Active ‘seniors’ are ‘too busy to grow old gracefully!’” OCAS’ purpose is to help those who are on the other side of 50 (and not anywhere near ready for Meals-On-Wheels and Bingo!) continue to learn and thrive through the wealth of information offered on its website, http://www.OCActiveSeniors.com.

Senior services, advice on mid-life career changes, caring for aging parents, senior dating and suggestions for financial planning are just some of the topics covered on http://www.OCActiveSeniors.com. The site also offers great articles on exercise, healthy living, dining out, sports, recreational events and adult education. Events (http://ocactiveseniors.com/events/events-by-town/) for each town in Orange County are updated daily and the Resources page (http://ocactiveseniors.com/resources/) provides links to every community from Aliso Viejo to Yorba Linda as well as many state and national age-related sites.

The eNewsletter Golden Opportunity, distributed monthly, brings exclusive shopping, travel and dining opportunities as well as contests, drawings and invitations to meet-ups for these “still ready for prime time players” to mix and mingle! Interested Boomers can sign up for Golden Opportunity on the home page of the site. (http://ocactiveseniors.com/)
