White and Associates Group (WAG) announces the signing of a professional services contract with SamoaTel, a landline carrier in the sovereign state of Samoa.

WAG signed a professional services contract with Blue Sky Communications in Pago Pago, American Samoa to assist in the transition, reorganization and management of a newly acquired subsidiary. SamoaTel the land line provider in the Sovereign State of Samoa was acquired by Blue Sky on March 31, 2011. SamoaTel provides landline services, international gateway services, wireless and broadband internet services to the island’s 180,000 residents.

Cumming, Georgia based White and Associates Group announced today, the signing of a contract with SamoaTel in Apia, Samoa for CFO and Controller services through its http://www.cfos4rent.com and http://www.controllers4rent.com professional services company. White and Associates Group provide Accounting Services, Accounting Outsourcing, Financial Management, Forensic Accounting and Tax Services to companies of all sizes. Steve White, Principal of White and Associates Group said this contract takes our professional services company “international”.

SamoaTel, a land line provider of telecommunication services in the sovereign Nation of Samoa, was acquired by Elandia International’s South Pacific’s Region’s BlueSky Communications, headquartered in Pago Pago, American Samoa. Blue Sky Communications is the largest provider of mobile wireless and broadband internet in the US territory of American Samoa.
