Author Joe E. Gillie is a college Physical Education and Weight Training Instructor with a personal training certification and AAS degree as a Fitness Professional. He also coordinates the fitness facility at South Suburban College while managing his own personal training business, “Fitness with Joe”. He speaks on fitness and nutrition at local high schools, colleges, fitness/health facilities and health expos, this is his platform.

In the past, he has written short articles for such magazines as “Men’s Fitness” (2003 September edition, Success Stories), Fitness Management and local newspapers on fitness events.
