Magners Funhouse Comedy, one of the UK's biggest comedy promoters, has joined forces with the Greene Room in Milton Keynes to bring a regular night of stand-up comedy featuring the nation's best comics.

Magner’s Funhouse comedy, award-winning organizers of over thirty comedy nights nationwide, has teamed up with the prestigious Greene Room in Milton Keynes to bring a high-quality weekly menu of top stand-up comedy. The next show is on Wednesday June 15th and features two headline-standard comics.

The show features the award-winning writer and stand-up Dan Evans. Dan’s witty mix of straight-out jokes and surreal humour has been delighting audiences across the UK and Ireland for years. Also an award-winning TV writer, Dan is an act not to be missed. The Times newspaper described him as “original and inventive.”

The night also features the terrific fifty-something comic, Marc Lucero. Marc is a highly-regarded veteran of the comedy circuit. His stories of middle-age and relationships are simply hilarious, leading Chortle, Britain’s premier comedy website, to review him as “classy and original with…brilliantly inventive gags.”

In support, fast-rising gag merchant Julian Deane. Julian is a masterful joke-writer and has received glowing tributes from promoters and audiences alike. His skilful way with words combined with a killer delivery has prompted many to describe him as the new Jimmy Carr.

Compering this high-quality bill is the loveable musical comic, Carly Smallman. Carly has been winning praise nationally for her hugely appealing mixture of witty banter and beautifully crafted songs on love and relationships. Amongst many achievements she has recently appeared on the Rob Brydon show.
