American National Property And Casualty Company agents have leased a temporary office in Joplin after their previous location was demolished by the May 22 tornado.

American National Property And Casualty Companies (ANPAC®) have a catastrophe claims team on the ground, and have leased a temporary office location, to assist policyholders in the tornado-stricken area of Joplin, MO.

Because its office was demolished by the tornado, ANPAC’s Joplin agents have leased a temporary office building at 904 East 15th Street. Volunteers from the ANPAC home office in Springfield spent the weekend clearing debris from the exterior of the building and the parking lot to ready the office for policyholders. Agents and claims team members will be available to meet with clients Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

ANPAC encourages those with damage to their property to take the necessary steps to prevent further damage only if it is safe to do so. Unless immediate action is needed to prevent further damage, it is requested that policyholders wait to complete repairs until an inspection of the property can be completed. If emergency repairs are made, the damage should be documented prior to the repair, if possible. All receipts related to repairs should be saved so they can be included in claim reports.

Policyholders that need to report a claim can visit the temporary office location, contact the ANPAC 24-hour claims hotline at 1.800.333.2860 or report their claim online at from a computer or mobile device.

Policyholders are advised to follow the orders of local authorities in regards to entering the area around damaged property.
