According to the US Drug Watchdog, “We received an e-mail from a young woman's mother on May 26th that said, my 21 year old daughter suffered a massive left middle cerebral artery storke in June of 2010. She has been seen by 11 doctors and it was confirmed by a doctor, that the stroke was generated in the heart and travelled to the brain, and may have been caused by Yasmin birth control pills."
