Zaffera LLC today announced it has become an SAP channel partner authorized to resell SAP® Business All-in-One solutions to midsize retail companies in the United States.

Zaffera will resell the SAP Business All-in-One solution under the name Z1 Retail. Z1 Retail is a comprehensive, proven solution with preconfigured, industry-specific business processes to enable predictable and affordable implementations. Optimized for midsize companies, Z1 Retail has the flexibility to adapt and extend as a business evolves and grows.

With its designation as an authorized SAP channel partner, Zaffera now provides a complete solution that encompasses all facets required for successful implementation, including SAP Business All-in-One software licensing, implementation services, training and documentation, staffing and optimization and support.

“Zaffera’s Z1 Retail solution leverages best practices for the SAP for Retail solutions. The industry-specific SAP Business All-in-One solution will enable mid-market retailers to deploy an SAP solution rapidly and cost effectively for a quicker return on investment,” Said Rob Kreft, president, Zaffera. “Because Zaffera has been involved in some of the largest implementations of SAP for Retail, we have had the unique opportunity to develop a suite of applications, called Z.Apps -- that complement SAP for Retail solutions. Some of the specific areas in which Z.Apps enhance the value of SAP for Retail are in managing master data, management of interfaces, and POS system integration. Utilizing the SAP NetWeaver® technology platform, Z.Apps integrate with the Z1 Retail solution and are simple-to-use, powerful, point-and-click utilities. When combined with Zaffera’s Z1 Retail solution, Z.Apps will provide a powerful suite of products to mid-market retailers. For these reasons, Zaffera is excited by the opportunities provided as an SAP channel partner.”

“SAP and its partners offer midsize companies the vertical solutions they need to compete effectively and grow their businesses profitably,” said Kevin Gilroy, senior vice president, SME North America, SAP America, Inc. “We look forward to working with Zaffera as an SAP channel partner authorized to resell SAP Business All-in-One solutions to midsize retail businesses in the U.S. And with Z1 Retail, Zaffera will enable customers to achieve their objectives of improved growth and lower costs, along with a better understanding of business processes.”
