DH&R’s upgrade to the SpeedRFP Pro™ version will deliver business data directly to its Delphi® sales and catering system via MeetingBroker®, thereby improving response time and reducing cost, redundancy, and rekeying.

Destination Hotels & Resorts is extremely pleased to partner with EMI on the implementation of this state-of-the-art and streamlined system that will serve as a tremendous resource to our meeting planner community.

Elite Meetings International, Inc. (EMI) announced today that Destination Hotels & Resorts (DH&R) has integrated SpeedRFP Pro™ for 27 hotels. SpeedRFP Pro, a product of EMI, represents the most robust version of the request for proposal tool currently available to hotels.

The Pro version of the software enhances efficiency by routing electronic RFPs directly into Newmarket® International’s Delphi sales and catering solution via MeetingBroker. This efficient routing provides hotels with a single RFP management source no matter where the RFP originates from, be it DestinationMeetings.com, a DH&R hotel’s individual Web site, EliteMeetings.com, and any other SpeedRFP-enabled site. The Pro version also improves the user experience for meeting planners.

Kelly Foy, chief executive officer of EMI, says, “For hotels, the magic of SpeedRFP Pro is that all their eRFPs live in one place. Instead of getting differently formatted RFPs from various portals, DH&R hotels will receive their electronic RFPs within their Delphi sales and catering system—without the need to rekey anything.”

The Pro version of SpeedRFP also allows for the involvement of Global and National Sales Offices (GSO/NSO). Now all DH&R hotel Web sites will allow planners to carbon copy their NSO on RFPs. In addition, NSOs can also submit SpeedRFPs on a client’s behalf, with all responses sent directly to the client with a copy back to the NSO. This feature will also allow DH&R’s NSOs to respond to an RFP on behalf of one of their hotels to ensure timely response.

”Destination Hotels & Resorts is extremely pleased to partner with EMI on the implementation of this state-of-the-art and streamlined system that will serve as a tremendous resource to our meeting planner community," says Andre Fournier, senior vice president of sales and marketing.

SpeedRFP was launched in 2010, and in addition to Destination Hotels & Resorts, serves as the primary online RFP system for Preferred Hotel Group, Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Hospes, as well as many notable independents such as The Broadmoor, Wynn Resorts Las Vegas, Palms Place Hotel and Spa, PGA National Resort & Spa, and more than 130 hotel Web sites.
