Clean Holdings, manufacturer of The Cleaning Station, is excited to announce they have recently been granted the status of Women Owned Small/Minority Business Enterprise by the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Supplier Diversity Program. Clean Holdings, LLC has been granted the status of Women Owned Small/Minority Business Enterprise – Retail Dealer – Wholesale Dealer by the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Supplier Diversity Program. Clean Holdings qualified for certification as a privately held Connecticut-based company with at least 51% ownership represented by women.

Ms. Doreen Savran has held the position as Founder/President of Clean Holdings since 2008 and is the majority shareholder. Ms. Savran is the sole decision maker of all the daily operations of Clean Holdings, LLC.

In addition to her duties with Clean Holdings, LLC, Ms. Savran is a member of The Alternative Board, a peer advisory and business coaching service. Doreen has over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, focusing on sales and profit performance. Previously, she ran her own consulting practice for both public and private firms, specializing in marketing and fund development.

Having presented at numerous training workshops including IHRSA and NEHRSA, Doreen is also a REX Roundtable Alumnae. Her education includes a BA from William Paterson University. Doreen’s years of research in the janitorial/sanitation (Jan/San) industry, solved a longstanding sanitizing problem, which led to her invention of The Cleaning Station. New products, addressing other facility maintenance and cleanliness requirements, are presently under research, design and development. Doreen partners with distributors to maximize their sales and market potential.

The Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) state certification program is designed to assist the growth and development of businesses owned and controlled by women and minorities. Its mission is to encourage and assist state agencies in their efforts to increase participation by minority and women-owned business enterprises on state contracts so as to facilitate the award of a fair share of such contracts to MWBEs.
