"I’ve been noticing a trend that our families are moving away from traditional cleaning solutions and opting to use more earth friendly, child safe, products." says Natalie Diaz, Founder of Twiniversity.com
New York, New York (PRWEB) June 03, 2011
After weeks of intense product testing within the multiple community, Twiniversity™ is proud to announce that Dapple® cleaning products have been officially awarded the “Twiniversity Approved” stamp.
Twiniversity, the nation’s fastest growing online community for parents of multiples, was formed in 2010 to help connect worldwide families of multiples so that experiences can be shared, support can be given and for all families of twins, triplets or more to have a place to call their online home.
“Twiniversity Approved” recipients are recognized on the specific standards set forth by the Twiniversity team, and tested by Twiniversity Testers– independent families of multiples who are not paid for conducting reviews. During the Twiniversity Approval process for Dapple, test families were asked to record their thoughts on the product’s packaging, ease of use, practicality, effectiveness and usefulness. Testers used Dapple® Dish Liquid, Dapple® Toy Cleaner Wipes and Dapple® Toy Cleaner Spray for well over a month. They took photos and recorded videos to help illustrate why they liked or disliked certain aspects of the Dapple line. Since a staggering 90% of the Twiniversity review team, the highest percentage yet, would “highly recommend Dapple to another family of multiples,” Dapple’s Dish Liquid, Toy Cleaning Wipes and Toy Cleaning Spray were officially awarded the “Twiniversity Approved” stamp.
The most favored Dapple product features of the testers were the product scents, the stylish bottle designs, the ease of use, and how great they felt using a cleaning product that was safe to use around small children. “Compared to other green products, I felt more comfortable having it around the kids,” stated one tester, a mom to three year old twin boys.
Many testers enjoyed the cleaning power of Dapple. Of the three sample products, Dapple Toy Cleaning Wipes received impressive reviews. “I really liked how clean the wipes left any surface I used them on in the house. Even though they are small in size, each wipe is packed with 'cleaning' power. One wipe cleaned my twins’ entire feeding table!” said a tester. When used outside, testers were quite amazed at the durability and thickness of the wipes. “They worked three times better than any regular wipes I've used in the past,” noted another tester.
“Twiniversity started its own approval process because parents of multiples trust other parents of multiples more so than anyone else,” said Natalie Diaz, mom of twins and Twiniversity founder. “Since our community is such a tightly-knit one, we depend on each other for support and guidance. Even though twins occur one in every 30 deliveries, it’s still rare, and the fact that our group shares this common bond makes us a real close community.” She further explains, “This trust is not taken lightly, so when we decided to start our own review process we took several factors into consideration, most being twin-specific and unique to our community. We want to make sure that time, safety and finances are considered since they are what Twiniversity families are most concerned with.”
Many topics discussed in the Web forum of Twiniversity are about how to make life easier for parents of multiples. Often, the topics revolve around making your home more efficient so you have more time for your family and yourself. Members share tips on home organization, laundry, house cleaning and more. “I love how our families are so quick to offer advice and support to one another.” said Diaz. “I’ve gotten some of my best ideas from fellow moms of multiples, and lately, I’ve been noticing a trend that our families are moving away from traditional cleaning solutions and opting to use more earth friendly, child safe, products. You can imagine how thrilled I was to find out that Dapple wanted to become Twiniversity Approved to prove that they are the best cleaning solution for parents of multiples.”
