Pro-Link GLOBAL the leader in Global Visa & Immigration Services, today announced that it has achieved the International Organization for Standardization's (ISO) 9001:2008 certification, which demonstrates an organization's commitment to quality-of-service standards.

Customers using Pro-Link GLOBAL rely on our white glove service for the uninterrupted delivery of business-critical visa and work permits, and Pro-Link GLOBAL services to provide the highest quality of support. The voluntary certification assures customers of Pro-Link GLOBAL adherence to documented processes and procedures that ensure continued and ongoing improvements in delivering global customer support.

"Achieving ISO 9001:2008 certification is a terrific milestone for both Pro-Link GLOBAL and our customers," said Michelle H. Juul, Manager, Best Practice & Compliance at Pro-Link GLOBAL, Inc. "The certification process required a lot of hard work over a 12-month period and demonstrates Pro-Link GLOBAL's continued worldwide commitment to our customers and our quality of service."

ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements focused on an organization's ability to meet and improve upon customer satisfaction and quality requirements. As part of the certification process, Pro-Link GLOBAL established its own QMS to ensure the worldwide customer support organization continued its long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction. By identifying areas for improvement, creating recommendations to resolve identified gaps, and executing against these recommendations, Pro-Link GLOBAL is ensuring that it has the global processes necessary to consistently improve service quality on a regular, quantifiable, and demonstrable basis.

"Pro-Link GLOBAL’s team has successfully implemented an effective quality management system based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard," said Teresa Doherty at National Resource Center for Business. "They demonstrated unwavering focus in creating and implementing a QMS system which provides for continuous improvements in support quality, increased customer satisfaction, and a dedicated, systematic approach to overall quality management."

Pro-Link GLOBAL's certification process began in February 2010. From December 2010 to May 2011, the company executed internal audits across its global Coordination Centers. An independent auditing agency conducted certification audits from December 2010 through February 2011 and certified that Pro-Link GLOBAL passed all global audits and achieved full certification.

This ISO certification supports Pro-Link GLOBAL’s corporate objectives, while reinforcing a culture of excellence. As Pro-Link GLOBAL continues to expand in markets around the world, the ISO quality framework will assure customers that they will continue to receive the highest quality of consistent service from Pro-Link GLOBAL from Austria to Zanzibar.
