PMM Companies, a leading janitorial and facility maintenance company in the Washington, DC and Baltimore metropolitan areas, named Corey L. Hayes as the Company’s new chief operating officer (COO).
Hayes will join PMM Companies in June. Mr. Hayes will report to PMM’s President and Owner, Steven D. Lustig and become a member of the Executive Board. He will manage a team of professionals with a focus on operational planning and growth.

Hayes comes to PMM Companies with 18 years of operational and sales experience. Most recently he was Regional Director of American Building Maintenance, Inc. and he previously held a Sr. Vice President position at Colin Service System, Inc. Hayes holds a B.B.A. in business administration from Mississippi State University.
