This started when I was asked to do an article series on strategic planning for a private CEO group of about 12,000 international leaders. It has been a very popular series.

Management consulting firm, Method Frameworks, announces the publication of a new insightful paper for CEOs on the topic of corporate strategic planning. Titled "Strategic Planning: The CEO Series", the downloadable PDF was written for the top executive audience in charge of leading their organizations, offering concise business strategy development roadmaps, guidelines and recommendations.

The content of this paper was originally written as a 12-part article series for CEO members of Vistage International to describe the components of a comprehensive business strategic plan and provide a checklist for evaluating strategic planning process effectiveness. It was titled, “Strategic Planning - Business Executive Essentials”. Due to the popularity of the series, the 12-part series was consolidated into this downloadable paper.
