Family Solutions Law Group is committed to a smooth transition as co-founder David E. Ahlvers pursues new opportunities.

David E. Ahlvers, co-founder of Family Solutions Law Group, will be leaving the firm effective May 31, 2011 to pursue opportunities in the diversity consulting market space.

“The firm is excited for and congratulates David on his decision to pursue his passion,” notes Christine Middleton, the firm’s managing partner. “We know he will excel at consulting with both law firms and private sector industry on matters of diversity and equality.”

David will be pursuing this new line of work independently. “I’m very pleased with my experience and the growth that occurred for both myself and the firm during my tenure at Family Solutions Law Group,” added David, “I’m excited for the future of the firm with new personnel and a continuance of their commitment to helping families in need.”

Family Solutions Law Group began in 2009 as a boutique law firm specializing in family formations and family transitions.

“We continue to follow our founding principles,” said Middleton, “Keep families out of court with adequate legal preparation, provide proper guidance, pursue alternative dispute resolution whenever possible, and understand client needs and goals thoroughly no matter how basic or complex.”

The firm has seen consistent growth since inception under Middleton’s leadership. “The future of Family Solutions Law Group is continued growth. Both our level of service and our focus on family issues continues to be paramount to our success,” acknowledges Middleton. “We are committed to a seamless transition, and we will continue to provide focused, resourceful service to our valued clients.”
