Bratt, a principal in Bratt Media (, a new media consulting firm, has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience for leading technology brands and start-ups, including Microsoft, WebSideStory (now part of Adobe Systems), and Telcentris, a cloud communications provider. Bratt started his career as a business reporter for The San Diego Union-Tribune. He is a speaker, blogger and author, writing several best-selling reports on social media for, including "Twitter Success Stories" and "Social Media ROI Success Stories."
