SugarCRM, the world’s fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) company, today announced the general availability of the Spring Release of Sugar 6 – CRM Made Simple. SugarCRM also announced two new subscription offerings, designed to meet the needs of its rapidly growing customer and partner network. These new subscription options will provide customers and partners worldwide with a broader range of flexible, intuitive and open CRM solutions.

In line with the significantly expanded feature set and capabilities of the Spring Release of Sugar 6, SugarCRM is offering a far deeper product and service mix with four subscription models and more add-ons, on demand capabilities and support offerings. By extending the range of its packaging options the company is ideally positioned to meet the increasingly differentiated demands of its growing customer and partner base today.

Beyond the current Sugar Professional and Enterprise subscription offerings, SugarCRM is introducing Corporate and Ultimate subscription options. Sugar Corporate is tailored for businesses that want to provide their remote and mobile workforce with the most flexible mobile CRM solutions. The subscription level includes all the features of Sugar Professional with the addition of the new Sugar Mobile Plus package, which enables users to work offline, with automatic data synchronisation when the mobile device is re-connected to the network. Sugar Ultimate addresses the comprehensive needs of the larger enterprise. Building on all the features offered in the Sugar Enterprise version, the Ultimate subscription level includes more storage, sandboxes and server connectors, as well as the highest level of technical support. Each subscription level gives customers the option to further configure additional product and support options in an a-la-carte style. This way customers and partners are given a flexible choice of deployment options.
