Huthwaite to Optimize Sales Performance Levels through Powerful Partnership

Huthwaite is partnering with KnowledgeAdvisors to offer learning measurement software that improves the effectiveness and business impact of learning. Organizations aiming for improved sales performance face many challenges in taking consultative selling skills from the classroom into the marketplace. This transition is critical for companies focused on achieving a bottom-line improvement from their sales force. Through a partnership with KnowledgeAdvisors, Huthwaite’s shift to a Smart Sheet and the Metrics That Matter® delivery technology allows quantitative results for clients and helps ensure planned progress toward their goals. These new delivery technologies and the data they provide are assessment tools that help accelerate sales improvement results by identifying the opportunities for greater skill enhancement at an individual and group level. Immediately following a learning event, participants evaluate the learning experience and its applicability to their work, while instructors complete evaluations focused on the students, learning materials and environment. Follow-up evaluations are conducted 60 to 90 days later, again asking learning participants about the effectiveness of what they learned, as well as job impact. Additional insights can be gained by implementing the optional managers’ evaluations, which ask supervisors about the value of the learning for individual and departmental performance. Both follow-up evaluations focus on demonstrating learning program effectiveness.
