Southpac Group is pleased to announce the 2011 Southpac Offshore Planning Institute, returning to The Atlantis on Paradise Island, The Bahamas, on October 27 & 28, 2011. The Southpac Institute will feature several of the nation's foremost authorities addressing foreign and domestic asset protection trusts, offshore banking, captive insurance, and investment strategies to preserve wealth.

The Southpac Offshore Planning Institute is regarded as the leading CLE conference on offshore tax and asset protection planning, and one of the finest CLE conferences in North America.

Southpac Group is pleased to announce the 2011 Southpac Offshore Planning Institute, to be held at the Atlantis, Paradise Island, in the Bahamas on Thursday and Friday, October 27 and 28, 2011. The Southpac Institute will feature several of the nation’s leading asset protection attorneys and members of the Southpac Board of Advisors covering such topics as foreign asset protection trusts, offshore banking, captive insurance strategies, and innovative techniques designed to preserve wealth, including offshore private placement life insurance, annuities, and equity financing.

This year’s conference offers several new programs and an entirely new format designed to better serve the interests of both experienced practitioners as well as attorneys who are new to offshore planning. A Fundamentals Session will be held concurrently with an Advanced Planning Session in adjacent conference rooms, with several programs featured in a general session for all attendees. Also, a welcome reception and cocktail party will be held on the evening of Wednesday, October 26th, poolside at The Atlantis.
