Adam will discuss the value of corporate websites as powerful recruiting tools in his presentation titled I Know My Website Stinks. How Do I Fix It? He will explain how candidates use the information gleaned from company sites to evaluate them as employers and show how today’s leading-edge organizations are designing their corporate sites with candidates in mind.
During his presentation, Social Media: The Reinvention of Recruitment, Kaiser will talk about how the social media revolution is changing the way organizations approach business, communication and recruitment. He will also discuss how leading organizations are leveraging social media to reach and attract top talent.
