On Tuesday, June 14, 2011 Street Toyota will host another New Owner’s Clinic to benefit those customers who recently bought a car from Street Toyota. The clinic will be held in Street Toyota’s conference room and will consist of a light dinner and door prizes at no cost, which includes two $100 gift cards provided by Autotrader.com.

Once every few months, Street Toyota hosts a New Toyota and Certified Vehicle Owner Clinic for customers who have recently purchased a New Toyota or Certified Toyota from Street Toyota. This is an opportunity for the new owners to fully familiarize themselves with their New or Certified Toyota.

Toyota Certified technicians and members of our service management team will be on hand to answer your questions.

Why Attend the New Vehicle Owner Clinic?

Customers will be introduced to our Parts and Service Management Team and Toyota Certified Technicians. These experts will provide information and answer questions related to a new vehicle's operation. Customers will meet Street Toyota's Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for providing customer care and support. Customers will also be familiarized with routine maintenance schedules and have a better understanding of how your new or Certified Toyota functions. A technician will connect a Toyota to the latest scan tool giving you a better idea of today's technology in a live demonstration. Also Certified technicians will be available to show and explain vital systems and components of the purchased vehicles.

Street Toyota will discuss safety-related items, the warranty given, extended service coverage, dealership facilities and equipment, special service tips, importance of genuine Toyota parts, and what to do when service is needed.

The New Owner’s Clinic is designed to last 1-2 hours and it will inform customers of the benefits of proper car maintenance, the knowledge needed to get the most out of their cars and a Q&A session. Furthermore, experts from the service and parts departments will be present to assist any new owners where they need help.

The event is invite only and those that attend must RSVP. The clinic is hosted every other month so that all new owners may be included in the opportunity.

Dave Walker, Scion Sales Manager, organizes the clinics and guarantees it is worth your time.
“It is just another reason to buy a vehicle from Street Toyota. Learning about the maintenance of a car is just as important as buying a car,” said Walker.

The New Owner’s Clinic is planned to benefit Street Toyota customers so that they can get the most out of their car and so they may also value their vehicle as much as Street Toyota does.
