Businessolver recently added John Marrero to its Operations team as Director of Implementation and Client Advocacy. Marrero has been in the benefits business for 15 years, coming to Businessolver from bswift in Chicago where he was Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) manager. Previously he was with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates. Marrero holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Illinois.
Marrero will be an integral part of the development of Businessolver’s Chicago office. His previous experience in running implementations, plus the exposure to Businessolver’s unique implementation methods, will serve him well in the company’s exciting time of growth and expansion.
