Robust Features in Time and Attendance Application Ensures Satisfied Clients

American Automated Payroll (AAP) has partnered with SaaShr.com to provide clients with a more configurable time and attendance application. The application will enable AAP and its clients to reduce the time associated with collecting and processing payroll data.

AAP partnered with SaaShr.com in order to provide its clients a web-based time and labor management application that was highly configurable and had a proven record of uptime.

The SaaShr.com time and labor management application reduces the amount of time associated with collecting and processing payroll data through the use of several features. “The notifications aspect of the application is a big plus for a lot of clients,” explained Bond. “For example, if I submit a paid time off (PTO) request to my supervisor, the application will send that person an email, making them aware of the request, and then they can go in and approve or reject it. Making educated decisions on whether to approve someone’s time off or not are much easier to determine with this application.”

The Time Collection Overview feature within SaaShr.com’s application provides a summary of current and previous pay periods, regularly identifies missing punches, overtime hours, etc. “We were overly pleased with the various reports available to us along with the capabilities associated with PTO tracking,” stated Bond. “The settings for the time off calendar are very popular with management because they allow effortless visibility of who may already have time off, or has requested off on a given day.”

While currently only marketing the time and labor management application alongside their payroll offering, AAP has high hopes for the application in the future. “Our sales team finds it incredibly easy to demo and the clients they have on it love it,” concluded Bond. “It’s actually shocking how many people are still tracking time on paper. This application is going to improve a lot of business processes for these customers.”
