Nashville, TN (PRWEB) June 08, 2011
Ingram Publisher Services, Inc., an Ingram Content Group company, today announced distribution agreements with three new publisher clients: Beautiful/Decay, Dreamscape Media LLC and Where to Bike, LLC.
“More publishers are choosing to invest in the next generation of content, not distribution infrastructure, to meet the needs of today’s consumer driven market,” said Mark Ouimet, Vice President and General Manager, Ingram Publisher Services. “We are pleased to be working with publishers Beautiful/Decay, Dreamscape Media and Where to Bike, giving them relevant sales, marketing and distribution solutions to expand their presence and title reach into the market place.”
Beautiful/Decay, founded in 1996 with one small black and white magazine publication, has quickly grown into an internationally recognized publisher of limited edition, hand-numbered, advertising-free art books. Beautiful/Decay will use IPS services to broaden the reach of its art book series to customers worldwide.
Dreamscape Media LLC is a leading publisher of digital and CD format audio content. It has an extensive list of top rated audiobooks and continues to grow its list of distinctive titles, authors and narrators. IPS will market and distribute Dreamscape’s CD format content to libraries and the retail community.
Where to Bike LLC, a subsidiary of Bicycling Australia, publishes a wide range of cycling books and international cycling guides. Where to Bike’s series are popular with cyclists around the world and include detailed tour routes, clear directions, stunning photography, GPS-generated mapping and interesting background information for each ride. Books in the Where to Bike series include riding guides for popular cities in the USA, UK and Australia. Where to Bike will use IPS to introduce their popular series to more riders around the world.
Beautiful/Decay began as a humble, black and white, DIY photocopied ‘zine while founder Amir H. Fallah was just 16. Over time, the publication grew into a full color, internationally distributed magazine. In the 14 years since our inception, the brand has gone from a part-time hobby to an internationally recognized design-driven lifestyle brand that publishes books, designs apparel, and provides creative platforms. More than just a brand, Beautiful/Decay is a lifestyle for those who see beauty in decay and push creativity to its limits to make something new and inspiring for our generation.
