Continental Crushing & Conveying, a Joy Global Inc. company, has selected Vorne Industries, Inc.’s Vorne XL as its Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) solution. After testing the Vorne XL Productivity Appliance on one production line, Continental Crushing & Conveying has decided to apply this system to a total of 11 manufacturing lines in its Winfield, AL plant.

As part of their continuous improvement efforts, the team at Continental Crushing & Conveying wanted to deploy a tool that would meet their OEE data collection requirements and provide a visual factory tool to convey real-time production information on the plant floor.

The Vorne XL Productivity Appliance meets both their needs with one solution.
