Mr. Nguyen brings to Kramer Healthcare Technologies, extensive senior management experience in the healthcare industry, including more than twenty five years experience as Chief Executive Officer of a physician practice management software and claims clearinghouse company. He has acted as Chief Executive Officer of a hospital outsourcing company, Senior Vice President of a pharmaceutical conglomerate and as President of the largest division of a publicly traded hospital financial improvement company.
Since 2005, Mr. Nguyen has served on the Parker College of Chiropractic Board of Trustees as a Chairman of the Presidential Performance Review Committee and Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Prior to joining MedAssets, Mr. Nguyen founded Xactimed in April 1998, backed by the Bass Family. The company was named as one of Dallas’ 100 fastest-growing, privately held companies on five occasions and was acquired by MedAssets in May 2007.
From April 1998, to January 2000, Mr. Nguyen was CEO of the Nashville-based IPN Network. IPN, a subsidiary of UICI was a healthcare industry outsourcing company specializing in business office services to physicians, hospitals and home health agencies. The company was one of the first to offer outsourced solutions and pioneered a total management solution for hospitals that included registration, medical records, billing, cashiering, contract compliance and collections.
From April 1994, to May 1997, Mr. Nguyen was Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning at FoxMeyer Health Corp, the NYSE traded pharmaceutical distribution company. During his tenure, Mr. Nguyen was responsible for the company’s North American strategy and was instrumental in the formation of FoxMeyer Canada, ensuring that it became the largest healthcare technology company in Canada at that time. FoxMeyer Canada provides physician practice management software, pharmacy software, dental software, pharmacy benefit management and hospital information software. The company was acquired by McKesson in 1997, traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and now operates under the name MediSolution.
In 1985, Mr. Nguyen founded US HealthData Interchange, a leading provider of physician practice management software. As CEO, he led the company until its acquisition by FoxMeyer Health Corp in 1994.
