A New Medical Imaging Company in Ohio finds its niche among global players in the industry.

"Our reputation lives and dies in a very small circle" - Matt Strauss

In a sea of global competitors, there are few individuals better equipped to succeed as independents in the high-tech world of medical imaging sales and service than Don Bradbury and Matt Strauss. These industry veterans began anew one year ago as Dynamic Imaging Specialists after the company for which they had worked a combined thirty years laid off a significant amount of its workforce.

Don and Matt learned from the mistakes of previous employers and applied basic business principles to their philosophy for success in their new independent venture: 1). Don’t expand the company beyond its abilities to service the customer in a timely and effective manner. 2). Work diligently to keep overhead costs to an absolute minimum in order to offer better pricing to the customer. Says Matt: “We serve Ohio and some surrounding areas which, in this industry, is a relatively small territory. Our reputation lives and dies in a very small circle. We can’t afford to make too many mistakes and not expect them to follow us. This is our special challenge vs. the many national and global players in this market as well as larger independents. We have to work twice as hard to be considered half as good – and we know it.”

There hasn’t been much time to reflect over their first full year in business. In fact, the first anniversary came and went with no indulgent fanfare whatsoever. Says Don: “We tend to keep our nose to the grindstone and look forward more than stopping to pat ourselves on the back at this point. It’s only been a year, and we still have a lot to do. Maybe in ten years we’ll raise a glass of champagne and toast ourselves – but not just yet!”

Dynamic Imaging Specialists appears to be poised for even greater success over the coming years, as their loyal customer base continues to grow and spread the word for them throughout the state of Ohio.
