Nosbisch formerly served as vice president of earned-value management for SM&A and was responsible for managing the consulting firm’s EVM Compliance & Consulting practice. In that capacity, he supported several government contractors within the aerospace and defense industry as well as the engineering, procurement, and construction industry. He has more than 22 years of overall experience in project management, project controls, and contract administration.
Following Mr. Nosbisch’s presentation, there will be an interactive 20-minute question-and-answer session addressing relevant topics.
