Spanlink Communications, a provider of Cisco contact center and customer collaboration solutions, announced today that Cisco and Spanlink will be hosting a free social media customer care road show throughout Texas this June, featuring keynote speaker and author, Eve Mayer Orsburn, CEO of Social Media Delivered. The event, titled Social Media for Business: Managing Customer Care, Branding and Communications, aims to educate contact center and enterprise professionals of the importance of effectively leveraging social media platforms to engage with customers and prospects. In addition, attendees will learn how to apply social media across all practice areas of an organization to achieve business goals.
