Worby Estate Sales are looking forward to seeing out the first half of 2011 on a high and are hoping this will be a long summer
Windsor, England (PRWEB UK) 12 June 2011
Windsor based real estate and land sales company Worby Estate Sale who saw an lower than expected growth in sales for the first quarter of 2011 are expecting a much better growth in the second quarter of the year.
While sales of Worby Estate land products were comparatively sluggish in the post-Christmas period, the last three to four months have been a real boom time for the company.
Spokesperson Jeremy Daniels from Worby Estate Sales’ marketing team explains:
“We had such a great 2010 and were anticipating real high volumes for 2011. We have come to see ourselves and our investment products as relatively recession proof. In fact, in many ways, the insecurity in the banking and finance sector plays into our hands.”
“The last few months have been phenomenal really, “ continued Mr Daniels. “We’ve had to re-forecast expectations up quite a bit for the second part of the year, with the last quarter being a traditionally strong period for the company anyway.”
“We have several new online marketing strategies we are working on, in conjunction with our Internet marketing agency, and expect to see the benefits of this in the next month or so. We aren’t just going to rest on our laurels,” Mr Daniels concluded.
Worby Estate Sales predominant income is from selling land and real estate for investment purposes. By breaking down highly desirable land into small parcels, in areas such as the South East of England where prices are still at a premium, the company is able to offer fantastic rates of growth not usually achievable through traditional methods such as the stock market, but with the security of a capital asset like land.
With land prices at a premium and the Government once again failing to meet house building targets, particularly in the South East and London, Worby Estate Sales are looking to the long term both for themselves and their investors.
In the meantime, Worby Estate Sales are looking forward to seeing out the first half of 2011 on a high and are hoping this will be a long summer.
