Adorama and Canon Turn NYC Neighborhood into Family Street Fair and Fundraiser To Benefit the Boomer Esiason Foundation

Former Jets QB Boomer Esiason will Join former Met John Franco, WFAN-AM morning show partner Craig Carton, and Famed DJ Jim Kerr during street fair featuring food, carnival games, petting zoo, and even tips on taking better pictures.

Adorama, New York's neighborhood camera retail outlet, will co-host its first annual Street Fair with Canon to benefit the Boomer Esiason Foundation to fight Cystic Fibrosis, this Sunday, June 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Neighborhood FunFest will take place on West 18th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue and attendance is free, with all donations going directly to help cure cystic fibrosis.

New Yorkers can kick-off the summer with a day of fun including rides, games, food, prizes and raffles. Come meet and have your picture taken with some of New York's biggest sports and radio icons including Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton from WFAN, and Jim Kerr and Maria Milito from Q104 FM.

The first 2,000 attendees will receive a free souvenir photo book and for those who want to learn how to take better pictures, Canon and other vendors will showcase the latest digital technologies. Pictures taken during the FunFest will be printed for free.

Among the highlights are:

•Celebrity Appearances – Come meet and have your picture taken with football great and TV personality Boomer Esiason, WFAN morning show co-host Craig Carton, Mets relief pitcher John Franco, and visit the Q104 FM Party Patrol hosted by radio jock legends Jim Kerr and Maria Milito.

•Carnival Games and Petting Zoo – A host of carnival games and a live petting zoo will be great fun for kids, and kids-at-heart throughout the day.

•Prizes and Raffles – Dozens of raffle items and prizes for attendees including a souvenir photo book for the first 2,000 in attendance. All photos taken at the Street Fair will be printed for free.

•Vendor Exhibits – Test drive the latest digital imaging technology and learn how to take better photos at dozens of vendor booths including the latest cameras from Canon.

•Food, Food, Food -- An amazing variety of food choices. It just wouldn't be a Street Fair without it.
