Digital Divide Data (DDD) announced today that Cynthia Hauck, a veteran content and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) executive has been named as its new Chief Operating Officer.

DDD provides content conversion services to clients around the world while creating jobs for disadvantaged youth in developing countries. The company currently operates in Cambodia, Kenya and Laos.

DDD recently received major donations from Cisco Systems, Microsoft and Google to give the social enterprise a competitive edge in business systems and technology.
For the past four years Ms. Hauck has lived in the Philippines serving as the head of operations first for SPi Global, a leader in Content Business Process Outsourcing and then as COO for the pre-press and publishing specialist Datagrafix, Inc. Prior to joining SPi, Ms. Hauck held leadership positions at Cornelius & Associates, Inc., Copernus, Inc. and LexisNexis.
Ms. Hauck has a degree in Computer and Information Sciences from The Ohio State University, as well as an MBA in International Business from The University of Dayton and a certification in Project Management from PMI Institute.
DDD’s current COO, Ms. Mai Siriphongpanh will take on the critical role of Chief People Officer to recruit, train and develop DDD’s staff. “I am excited to be joined by such a talented and strong manager,” said Ms. Siriphongpanh, “to help us reach our ambitious business goals.”
