Easily configure firm templates and provide users with an efficient way to produce and format documents with this enhanced version release.

Esquire Innovations, Inc. a leading provider of Microsoft Office integration software for law firms, announces the release of iCreate 7 EP1, a legal template and formatting software for Microsoft Word. The new release, built for and integrated with Office 2007 and Office 2010, helps law firms efficiently produce, work with and maintain consistent, standardized documents.

iCreate 7 EP1 introduces enhanced administration tools, an updated calendar feature and the redesigned iHyperstyles 7, a styles and numbering solution.

“iCreate 7 EP1 is an exciting release for us because this version is a major step towards the future vision we have for iCreate,” said Randall Farrar, CEO and President of Esquire Innovations. “The previous versions of iCreate were feature rich, but were somewhat limited by old technology. We rewrote iCreate 7 in .NET and in EP1 we have now significantly enhanced the administrative side of iCreate to simplify the backend management of the software.”

Among other things, synchronization between the firm’s master database and users’ local database is now more efficient, smarter and faster, only copying files as needed as well as deleting files and folders as they become obsolete. Users have the option to manually synchronize at any time, to get the latest firm database and templates.

Template administration is even more efficient in iCreate 7 EP1. Templates can be added or moved to multiple groups with a single mouse-click.

iHyperstyles 7, still a vital component of iCreate 7, has been completely updated for iCreate 7 EP1 with an updated ribbon streamlined to provide easy access to invaluable styles and formatting tools.

In addition to iCreate 7 and iHyperstyles 7, Esquire also offers iScrub 7, an industry leading metadata management application; iRedline 7, for enhanced Word document comparison; and iDocID, which provides flexibility and automation to adding document IDs to Word and Excel documents. Together, the five products are available as the combined package, iOffice System 7.

Esquire’s products utilize Enhanced Native Architecture™ (ENA), a term coined by Esquire. ENA is the methodology for retaining the look and feel of Microsoft Word to promote streamlined workflow and reduce end user training requirements. In addition, by retaining Microsoft Word’s native capabilities, an electronic document can be used for collaboration purposes more effectively.
