Datapak recently completed a Quality Assurance audit, measuring 19 key elements of quality assurance. Companies that comply with the stringent criteria of all phases of the 19 key elements are recognized as being among the superior class of companies who have a focus on quality, accuracy, and a proven continuous improvement plan.
To further its commitment to quality, Datapak engaged the services of a world leader in innovation consulting, YourEncore, to implement a Quality Assurance program that will meet the high standards of quality for its Global Consumer Product clients. The YourEncore consultant leading this project is Greg Rosborough, a former Quality Assurance auditor with a top Global Consumer Goods company. The initiative began in the first quarter of 2011. With an internal leadership and management team put in place, an initial action plan has been developed and approved to move forward to fully implement a Quality Assurance program.
