Community Event to Help Bring the Arts Back into Schools

Delgado Dance Studio celebrates its five-year anniversary with a community event benefiting Ballroom For Schools and The Public Education Foundation’s Artists 4 Kidz program. The celebration will feature entertainment, food trucks and celebrity guests. Tickets are $25 and $5 for children. A portion of the proceeds will go towards arts programs in public schools.

Ballroom For Schools is an after-school program designed to bring music and dancing to the students in the at-risk communities of Las Vegas. It was founded by Tony and Dana Delgado of Delgado Dance Studio and Sheryl Best. Ballroom For Schools is a partnership with The Public Education Foundation’s Artist 4 Kidz program, an organized effort connecting the creative energy of the Las Vegas community with kids in the Clark County School District.

Saturday, June 25 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
