Hearthstone Senior Services is pleased to announce the return of two executives as it adds to its executive management team to support the implementation of its long-term strategy. Joining Tim Hekker, President and CEO and Lori Alford, Sr. VP of Sales and Operations are Jim Wang, CFO and Lloyd Schill, Sr. VP of Sales and Operations.
Jim has served in various executive financial management roles over the past 33 years to include 14 years as a CFO to senior housing companies, 11 of which were with Hearthstone. He has successfully executed multiple capital strategies and has been instrumental in negotiating and obtaining capital bridge financing, long term debt (Fannie, Freddie, HUD), mezzanine debt, and institutional private equity to support Hearthstone’s strategic initiatives.
Lloyd returns to Hearthstone with over 29 years of senior care management experience, ten of which were with Hearthstone. He has extensive experience managing all spectrums of senior housing, home health, and sub acute care.
